I visited Charme same day surgery for lip filler procedure , the front desk were so kind and explained and helped in each step , the nurses were professional and polite , and my biggest appreciation is for Dr Lidiya , she explained the procedure and what we will do , she made me share my opinion and what I want exactly and she performed the procedure with minimal pain and total comfort , she is very professional and polite and she made sure I left satisfied with my lips , highly recommended for her skills and professionalism and kindness . I wanted to share my experience during my recent appointment at Charm Clinic. After arriving, I waited for 30 minutes only to learn that the doctor was unavailable due to an emergency—information that should have been communicated once arriving to the clinic or even before.I also noticed some disorganization among the reception staff, as there was confusion between those handling phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries, resulting in conflicting information about my appointment status.Coming from Sharjah and fasting in anticipation of blood tests made the situation particularly frustrating. While I have great respect for the doctors at your clinic, the reception experience negatively affected my overall impression.

Dr Momena is very professional and honest specialist. She explained all categories of face fillers and what’s suitable for me in details, however; she let me decide on what to make freely. The result was just awesome and on spot,but I can’t wait to see more ongoing results as promised 😍I can’t forget also the nurse and the receptionist. They are very helpful and friendly staff.Thank you for the amazing experience and hopefully this won’t be the last one.
